The installation artwork showcases objects crafted from oyster shells, artfully arranged on a mural. The central focus of this installation is the oyster shell, which is created through a combination of monotype, collagraph, screen-printing, and the ‘Tak-bon (TaKuHon)’ technique.
Jueun brings a fresh perspective to the Western art forms of printmaking, specifically monotype and collagraph, by incorporating the distinct characteristics found in traditional Korean painting.
