Water Source is a reference to Hinman Glacier one of the biggest glaciers in the North Cascades to melt away the last few years. It was one of four glaciers providing cool water to the Skykomish River during the hottest part of the year. Please read more here.

Lynda Harwood-Swenson is a painter and printmaker living in Seattle WA. Her landscape work moves between two viewpoints: the wide horizon and the interior landscape of personal experience, the duality of those views is a continual theme in her work.
