Pam Galvani | december 2022

When thinking about a December installation for the Shift window, Pam’s mind immediately jumped to the need for installing pieces that bring light during the darkest days of winter. These monotypes are her attempt to capture the possibility of joyful play in spite of the clouds of December rains and snow.

Pam is a calligrapher and printmaker who lives on Bainbridge Island. Her work combines gestural marks with monotype explorations. She holds an MFA in Graphic Design from Vermont College of Fine Arts.
